When a person acts with the intent to harm or harass another person, he commits violence. Violence has different dimensions, but in the meantime, it can be said that violence is a type of aggressive behavior that causes harm to other people. This study examines the causes of violence against women in Afghanistan. The findings of this study show that the highest rate of violence in Afghanistan is verbal and psychological violence, the lowest violence is social violence, and moderate sexual, physical and material violence is evaluated. However, overall violence against women is high in Afghanistan. In addition, the findings of this study show that various factors play a role in violence against women in Afghanistan. Uluslararas\u0131 Af \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc&#8217;ne g\u00f6re, evliliklerin y\u00fczde \u06f8\u06f0&#8217;i Taliban rejimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda zorlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde her k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck isyan, en a\u011f\u0131r cezalar\u0131n bahanesi olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6rne\u011fin Kabil&#8217;de, \u06f1\u06f9\u06f9\u06f6&#8217;da oje s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in bir kad\u0131n\u0131n parma\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kesmi\u015flerdir.<a href=\"#_ftn\u06f1\" id=\"_ftnref\u06f1\"><sup>[\u06f1]<\/sup><\/a> Taliban d\u00f6neminin insanc\u0131l oldu\u011fu bile s\u00f6ylenemez. \u0130nsanl\u0131k yoktu ve bir bo\u011fulma d\u00f6nemi ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ve hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fulamayan \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc bir d\u00f6nem olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u06f2\u06f0\u06f0\u06f1<\/strong><strong>&#8216;<\/strong><strong>den Bu Yana Afganistan\u2019da Kad\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik \u015eiddet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern s\u00f6ylemde temel mesele, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ataerkil \u015fiddete direnmesidir. Modern k\u00fclt\u00fcr, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n aile ve toplumdaki cinsiyet e\u015fitsizlikleri konusundaki fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Modern ya\u015famda kad\u0131nlar, erkeklerle birlikte okullara ve e\u011fitim merkezlerine okuma ve girme hakk\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir( \u06f8am.af, \u06f2\u06f0\u06f2\u06f1). Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015fiyle, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na giren kad\u0131nlar kendileri i\u00e7in i\u015f se\u00e7mekte ve ekonomik olarak ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olabilmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n siyasal olarak iktidar yap\u0131s\u0131na kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 ve toplumun kararlar\u0131na kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 modernli\u011fin esintisidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrde erkekler, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n zorla veya gelenekleri, rit\u00fcelleri, kurallar\u0131, g\u00f6rg\u00fc kurallar\u0131n\u0131, e\u011fitimi ve i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ve hatta dili uygulayarak kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hangi rol\u00fc oynayabileceklerini veya oynayamayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyebilmektedirler (Ahmadi ve Gravasi, \u06f2\u06f0\u06f0\u06f4: \u06f8).
